Several PTI Leaders, Including Founder’s Three Sisters, Arrested Outside Adiala Jail

RAWALPINDI – Police have arrested several Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leaders and workers, including the three sisters of the PTI founder, from outside Adiala Jail.
According to details, PTI supporters gathered near the Gorakhpur checkpoint, close to Adiala Jail, where police launched a crackdown and detained several party members.
Those taken into custody include Niazullah Niazi, Aliya Hamza, Shafqat Awan, Raja Yasir Hussain, Sahibzada Hamid Raza, and Hamid Khan, along with the former prime minister’s three sisters.
The police, after detaining women from Gurakhpur stop near Adiala Jail, have now brought them to Shahpur stop.
According to reports, police officials offered all the detained women and other individuals the option to go home. However, the sisters of the PTI founder refused the offer and instead demanded to be formally arrested.
Currently, the police van remains parked at a petrol pump near the Shahpur stop, with all the detained women still inside the vehicle.
