Has India declared war?

Attari, Punjab – Following the growing tensions between India and Pakistan, farmers living along the indian side border have been instructed to harvest their crops within the next two days. The announcements were made from gurdwaras in border villages.
This move reminds many of the 2001 ‘Operation Parakram’ when India deployed its military along the border. Local sources suggest that this is a precautionary measure to monitor activity and prevent crop damage.
Farmer leader Rattan Singh Randhawa stated that while they are not in favour of war.
