Under Shehbaz Sharif’s leadership, Pakistan defeated India: Nawaz Sharif

London: Former Prime Minister and PML-N President Nawaz Sharif has claimed that Pakistan achieved victory over India under the leadership of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and the strategic brilliance of Field Marshal General Asim Munir.

Speaking to party workers in London after offering Eid prayers, Nawaz Sharif said Pakistan is now moving in the right direction, and the economy has significantly improved under Shehbaz Sharif’s leadership.

He credited the success of Operation Bunyan-al-Marsous to General Asim Munir’s military strategy, saying: “General Asim Munir rightfully deserved the title of Field Marshal after this historic victory.”

Nawaz Sharif also praised Punjab’s performance under Maryam Nawaz, stating that the recent by-election victory in Sialkot’s Sambrial reflects public confidence in her governance.

It is worth noting that the Federal Cabinet recently promoted General Asim Munir to the rank of Field Marshal following the success of the operation against India.
