Floodwaters Peak at Sukkur, Sindh CM Plans Farmer Relief

Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah reported that water levels are now dropping at Guddu Barrage. However, the water has peaked at Sukkur Barrage. He confirmed that floodwaters are moving downstream toward Kotri. The CM emphasized that saving lives remains the government’s top priority during this crisis. He assured that personnel are deployed across districts as floodwaters enter the katcha areas.

Murad Ali Shah said evacuation efforts are ongoing in flood-affected zones. He added that the government had prepared a month before the floods hit.
