Winter Holidays

Government schools in Chaman have started their annual exams for junior classes as the academic year heads into a busy period. The exams for students in grades one through seven began on November 16 and will run through November 24. These exams are part of the important academic schedule in the region.

Teachers and administrators have been instructed to ensure the exams proceed smoothly and on time. The assessments are crucial for students’ academic progress before the extended winter break. The Education Department has also confirmed that the Class 8 exams will start on November 24, overseen by the Balochistan Board.

Chaman’s schools are preparing for the winter break, which will begin on December 16. This extended break, lasting two and a half months, is typical for schools in the colder regions of Balochistan. The winter vacation ensures that students are protected from the harsh winter weather.

The Education Department clarified that schools will reopen once temperatures rise, ensuring a safer environment for students. The break allows students and staff to rest during the harshest winter months while maintaining their academic schedules.

This year’s exams and the upcoming winter break are crucial to the academic rhythm in Chaman. The exams will help assess student progress, while the winter break offers necessary relief during extreme weather conditions.
