The Federal Authority for Government Human Resources has announced December 1 and 2, 2025, as official holidays. The holidays apply to all federal ministries and entities across the UAE. Employees will enjoy a four-day break when combined with the weekend. Work will resume on Wednesday, December 3. The authority congratulated the leadership, citizens, and residents on the historic occasion.

Union Day celebrations will honour the UAE’s founders and highlight the nation’s achievements. Cultural events and public activities will take place across all Emirates. Organisers aim to strengthen national pride and showcase the country’s progress. Residents and visitors can expect diverse programs. The celebrations will reflect more than five decades of unity and development.

Sharjah has unveiled a full schedule of cultural and artistic activities. The celebrations will run from November 19 to December 2. Events will take place across parks, heritage sites, and popular destinations. The program will unite families, youth groups, and cultural organisations. It will highlight the emirate’s commitment to heritage and community engagement.

Activities planned for National Day will honour the UAE’s rich traditions and modern identity. They will focus on history, achievements, and national unity. Organisers expect broad participation from people of all ages. Events aim to strengthen community bonds and celebrate diversity. Cultural shows and interactive experiences will feature throughout the celebrations.
