Court issues permanent arrest warrants for proclaimed offender Ali Amin Gandapur

An Islamabad district and sessions court has declared Ali Amin Gandapur a proclaimed offender in a liquor and illegal arms case.
The court also issued permanent arrest warrants, directing police to apprehend him immediately and produce him before the court.
Judicial Magistrate Mubashir Hassan Chishti stated that proceedings under Section 87 of the Criminal Procedure Code were completed. Public notices had already declared Gandapur absconding.
The police submitted reports confirming the proclamation process. The court noted that the accused appeared to have gone into hiding to evade law enforcement.

Consequently, the court formally declared Ali Amin Gandapur a proclaimed offender and canceled all surety bonds submitted on his behalf.
Authorities were instructed to include Gandapur’s name in the official list of proclaimed offenders. Legal action against his surety was also ordered.
The case is registered at Bara Kahu Police Station in Islamabad. Police are now directed to take immediate action under the court’s order.
