Flights Delayed and Cancelled Across Pakistan Due to Weather

ISLAMABAD — Flight operations across Pakistan faced major disruptions due to adverse weather and administrative issues. Authorities reported four flight cancellations and 67 delays. Passengers at major airports experienced long waiting times and operational inconveniences.
Two flights operated by a foreign airline between Peshawar and Doha were cancelled. Similarly, two foreign airline flights on the Lahore–Mashhad route were also called off. Officials said operational constraints and weather conditions caused the cancellations.
Passengers faced significant delays at key airports. Islamabad International Airport reported 27 flights delayed for durations ranging from one hour to five and a half hours.

Peshawar Airport experienced delays in six flights, while Multan Airport reported five delayed flights. Karachi Airport saw 16 flights behind schedule. Lahore Airport had 10 delayed flights.
Authorities said a combination of unfavourable weather and administrative challenges was behind the widespread disruptions. They assured passengers that efforts are underway to normalize operations soon.
Passengers were advised to remain in contact with their respective airlines for updated information on flight timings and possible schedule changes. Airline officials emphasized monitoring conditions closely.
Officials added that operations would gradually return to normal as weather improves and administrative issues are resolved. Travelers were urged to exercise patience and check for updates.
