Babar Azam’s Big Bash League Journey Ends as Sydney Sixers Confirm Unavailability

Former Pakistan captain Babar Azam’s journey in the Big Bash League (BBL) has come to an end, as Sydney Sixers confirmed that the star batter will not be available for the remaining matches of the tournament.
In an official statement shared on social media, Sydney Sixers announced that Babar Azam has been called back immediately to join the Pakistan team camp.
The franchise stated that Babar has been recalled for national duty ahead of Pakistan’s upcoming assignments, making him unavailable for the rest of the BBL fixtures.

Sydney Sixers also clarified in their tweet that Babar Azam will not feature in the remaining finals series matches of the Big Bash League.
The franchise expressed gratitude to Babar Azam for representing Sydney Sixers in the tournament and acknowledged his contribution during his stint.
In a video message, Babar Azam thanked the Sydney Sixers coaches, players, and management, stating that he thoroughly enjoyed his time with the team but had to leave due to national commitments.
