Bishnoi Gang Claims Responsibility for Firing at Rohit Shetty Home

Indian media reports confirm a shocking security breach after the Bishnoi gang firing incident, as the gang claimed responsibility for firing at the residence of Bollywood producer Rohit Shetty in Mumbai. The attack has raised serious concerns about celebrity safety in India and prompted swift action by law enforcement agencies.

According to Indian media, Rohit Shetty’s house is located in the Juhu area of Mumbai, where the firing took place on Sunday. Police said unknown attackers fired five rounds at the house using 7.62 mm bullets, though no injuries were reported in the incident.

Later, an online account linked to the Lawrence Bishnoi gang posted a message claiming responsibility for the attack. The post named several gang members, including Shubham Lonkar, Arzu Bishnoi, Hari Boxer, and Harman Shandu, as being involved in the firing.

Police officials stated that the forensic report is still awaited. However, five suspects have been detained in Pune and handed over to the Mumbai Crime Branch for further investigation. These suspects are accused of helping the shooters and providing the motorcycle used during the attack.

After the Bishnoi gang firing incident, security outside Rohit Shetty’s residence has been significantly increased. The producer has also requested friends and well-wishers not to visit his home for the time being as investigations continue and authorities work to ensure his safety.
