Aina Asif Speaks Out on Senior Actors’ Behavior on Set

Lahore: Pakistani actress Aina Asif has opened up about the challenges she faces while working with senior actors on set.

In a recent television interview, she revealed that established actors often criticize or point out flaws in junior performers over minor issues. According to her, such behavior can make newcomers feel uncomfortable and discouraged.

Aina shared that even when younger actors express something reasonable, they are sometimes met with dismissive reactions, making them feel as though they have said something foolish.

She further added that during important scenes, some senior actors engage in distractions, such as talking or creating disturbances, which affects concentration and performance.

Reflecting on her personal experience, Aina said that such incidents initially made her angry, but over time she has learned to ignore them, as this behavior has become common across many sets.
