All Educational Institutions in Lahore Ordered to Close Immediately

Lahore: The Punjab Higher Education Department has issued an urgent directive for the immediate closure of all educational institutions across Lahore, including schools, colleges, and universities, citing precautionary measures.

According to official sources, institutions have been instructed to suspend all academic activities immediately until further notice. The Punjab University has also postponed LLB examinations scheduled for October 10, which will now be conducted on a later date to be announced soon.

The department confirmed that parents and students are being informed via mobile alerts about the closure to avoid any inconvenience.

Authorities have advised all educational institutions to remain closed and await further instructions from the Higher Education Department.

The sudden closure comes amid heightened security and administrative directives across the province.
