Maulana Fazlur Rehman Iran visit

Islamabad, Maulana Fazlur Rehman, chief of Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl, visited the Iranian Embassy on Tuesday. He met with Iranian Ambassador Reza Amiri Moghaddam. During the visit, he expressed grief over the martyrdom of Iran’s Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei. He also recorded his condolences in the embassy’s official book.

Fazlur Rehman strongly condemned American-Israeli aggression against Iran. He said these attacks are unjustified and harmful for regional stability. He linked the current crisis to the long-standing occupation of Palestine. He added that the region continues to suffer from prolonged conflict and tension. He criticized external powers for fueling instability.

He further stated that a second phase of war was launched against Iran. This, he said, is due to Iran’s strong support for Hamas. He argued that baseless allegations are being used to justify attacks. He emphasized that Iran is defending both itself and Palestine.

Fazlur Rehman called for unity in the Muslim world. He said the Muslim Ummah should confront Zionism instead of fighting among themselves. He described the United States as an enemy of humanity. He stressed that Pakistan and JUI-F stand shoulder-to-shoulder with Iran in these critical times.

He added that ultimate victory will belong to the Muslim world. He expressed hope for continued collaboration between both nations.

the meeting highlighted solidarity amid regional tensions. Fazlur Rehman reiterated that Pakistan must support Iran and Palestine. Both leaders emphasized unity, peace, and resistance against external aggression. The visit reinforced diplomatic and religious bonds between Pakistan and Iran.
