Israeli Forces Bomb Burj Al-Roya Amid Gaza Onslaught

The Israeli military has carried out a powerful airstrike on Burj Al-Roya, a residential high-rise in Gaza City, completely demolishing the structure. The attack took place near Beirut Square and Jamia Al-Duwal Al-Arabiya Street, blanketing the surrounding area in dust and debris and causing widespread panic among residents.
The Israeli Defense Forces claimed the tower was serving as a Hamas operations center, stating that residents were warned to evacuate prior to the strike. This incident follows similar demolitions of Burj Al-Mashhadi and Burj Al-Sousi in recent days, all part of a broader offensive under the military campaign titled “Chariots of Gideon 2.”
Over the past 24 hours, strikes have intensified. Bombings on Shati Camp, a local school, and a mosque resulted in 65 more Palestinian deaths. An ongoing humanitarian crisis has also led to five additional deaths due to severe food shortages, pushing the total death toll to 64,368.
Despite mounting international pressure and concern, Israeli leadership remains firm on continuing its military operations. Officials have indicated plans to seize full control of Gaza and eventually hand over governance to a third-party administration.
