Mariyam Nafees Reacts After India Defeat, Tweet Goes Viral

Pakistani actress Mariyam Nafees has appealed to Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Chairman Mohsin Naqvi to give opportunities to under-19 players in the national team following yet another defeat against India.
Taking to social media platform X, Mariyam Nafees wrote, “Mohsin bro, please let the U19 players play.” Her post quickly went viral among cricket fans.
It should be noted that in the Asia Cup T20 Super Four stage, India defeated Pakistan by six wickets. Pakistan had set a target of 172 runs, which India successfully chased in the 19th over with four wickets down.
This was Pakistan’s second loss to India in the same tournament. The setback has made Pakistan’s chances of qualifying for the final extremely slim, as the team must now win both of its remaining matches to stay in the race. Even a single defeat would eliminate Pakistan from the tournament.
Earlier in the group stage, India had also outclassed Pakistan with ease, leading to mounting criticism from fans and analysts over the team’s overall performance.
