Concerns Over Urban Sindh Raised
MQM-P leaders briefed Naqvi on the challenges faced by residents in urban Sindh, especially in Karachi and Hyderabad. They emphasized the need for the federal government to address longstanding grievances and help overcome the sense of deprivation in these regions.
Party representatives urged the Interior Minister to take concrete steps in resolving these issues, particularly in improving infrastructure, political inclusion, and security.

The delegation also highlighted the importance of the Governor’s House as a platform for unity.
Security and Political Issues Discussed
Among other matters, the MQM-P delegation raised concerns about a recent surge in extortion cases in Karachi. Broader political discussions were also held, including topics related to the current national situation, Tehreek-e-Labbaik Pakistan (TLP), and the Muridke issue.
The MQM-P delegation included Dr. Khalid Maqbool Siddique, Dr. Farooq Sattar, Amin Ul Haq, and Sindh Governor Kamran Tessori.
