No Objection to Wife’s Past Love, Says Nayyer Ijaz

Veteran Pakistani actor Nayyer Ejaz recently shared his thoughts on the importance of respecting one’s spouse and being mindful of their emotions, especially in the context of past relationships. In a candid conversation, he addressed the issue of men who openly discuss their former lovers in front of their wives, calling it an act of disrespect.

Nayyer Ijaz, who described himself as “happily married”, said he consciously avoids mentioning his past relationships in front of his wife, family, or friends. “When you have a wonderful woman at home who cares for you deeply, it is your responsibility to reciprocate that love and respect,” he stated.

He further added that if he ever found out his wife had been in love with someone before they met, it would not bother him. “A woman also has the ability to love — it is completely natural. What matters is how you treat each other in the present.”

The actor emphasised that he makes it a priority never to hurt his wife through his actions or words.
