Pakistan’s armed forces have launched strong military actions in response to what officials described as unprovoked activities from across the Afghan border. Security sources said that ground and air strikes were carried out against militant hideouts in border areas. The military confirmed that Operation Ghazab-ul-Haq continues against militant targets to protect Pakistan’s security and stabilize the region.
According to security officials, Pakistani forces targeted positions linked to Afghan Taliban fighters and members of the militant group referred to as Fitna-al-Khawarij. The operations involved coordinated ground and aerial efforts aimed at disrupting militant infrastructure near the border.
Sources said that Pakistani forces destroyed ammunition depots located at the Shaheen base in Paktika province. The strike was part of a wider campaign to weaken militant capabilities and prevent cross-border attacks against Pakistani territory.
