Pakistani Song Bol Kaffara Copied Once Again in Bollywood
Lahore – The trend of Bollywood using Pakistani songs without permission has resurfaced, this time involving the popular soundtrack “Bol Kaffara”, originally featured in a Pakistani drama.

The song, known for its qawwali-inspired style, gained huge popularity across Pakistan and abroad. It was previously re-recorded by Indian singer Jubin Nautiyal, and now well-known playback singer Neha Kakkar has sung another version for the film Ek Deewane Ki Deewaniyat, starring Sonam Bajwa and Harshvardhan Rane.

Following the release of this new version, social media users have once again criticised Bollywood for allegedly copying Pakistani music without giving credit to its original creators. Many expressed frustration that the same track has been replicated multiple times across the border.

This incident highlights a recurring debate: while Pakistani compositions continue to inspire Bollywood, the lack of recognition for the original artists remains a major concern for fans and musicians alike.
