Actoress Ramsha Khan has expressed strong criticism of social media pages for sharing her private photographs without consent, calling the act “invasive, disrespectful and completely unethical.”

In a statement shared on Instagram on Monday, the actor said that images from her personal moments were circulated online without her permission. She urged social media pages to immediately remove the content and refrain from reposting such material in the future.

“Our pictures were leaked and shared without our consent. It’s invasive, disrespectful and completely unethical,” she wrote, adding that private life should not be treated as public content for engagement or attention.

Ramsha Khan emphasised that she has always maintained a clear boundary between her professional and personal life and intends to continue doing so. “This is our life, not your headlines. Respect it and leave us alone,” she said in her Instagram story. She also indicated that she would share personal updates on her own terms and timing.

Following the post, the actor deleted all content from her Instagram account, further signalling her displeasure over the ongoing online speculation.

Her statement comes amid social media rumours that began circulating over the weekend regarding a possible marriage between Ramsha Khan and her Biryani co-star Khushhal Khan. The speculation was triggered after images of the two actors wearing garlands while sitting together on a couch were widely shared online, with users suggesting the pictures were from a nikkah ceremony.

However, no confirmation has been issued by either actor regarding the rumours. Khushhal Khan has also not released any statement addressing the circulating claims.

The incident has once again highlighted concerns over privacy violations and the rapid spread of unverified content on social media platforms, particularly involving public figures in the entertainment industry.
