Terrorist Attack on School Bus in Khuzdar: 5 Killed Including 3 Children

A tragic incident unfolded in Khuzdar, Balochistan, where a school bus was targeted in a cowardly bomb attack near Zero Point. According to security sources and the military’s media wing (ISPR), the blast claimed the lives of five individuals, including three innocent children, while several others sustained injuries.

The injured were promptly shifted to nearby hospitals, and an emergency has been declared across all hospitals in the city. Security forces swiftly cordoned off the area and began collecting evidence from the site to initiate a thorough investigation.

According to the ISPR, the attack is believed to be the work of Indian-sponsored terrorist proxies aimed at destabilising the region and spreading fear. The military spokesperson vowed that the perpetrators and their facilitators would be brought to justice, stating that the armed forces are fully committed to eliminating such threats and ending Indian-backed terrorism in Pakistan.

Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi strongly condemned the attack and expressed deep sorrow over the loss of innocent young lives. In a statement, he said, “Those who target children are nothing but savages and deserve no mercy. Attacking a school bus is a despicable attempt to disrupt peace and stability in our country.” He added that the nation will stand united to defeat every conspiracy against Pakistan.
