Veteran Actor Mukul Dev Passes Away After Prolonged Illness

NEW DELHI: Renowned Indian film and television actor Mukul Dev has passed away after a prolonged illness, as confirmed by his brother and fellow actor Rahul Dev.
Taking to Instagram, Rahul Dev shared the heartbreaking news, revealing that Mukul breathed his last in New Delhi last night. While he did not specify the exact cause of death, he confirmed that the family is in mourning. Mukul Dev is survived by his daughter, brother Rahul Dev, and a nephew.
Fellow actor Vindu Dara Singh, who shared the screen with Mukul in Son of Sardaar, expressed his sorrow through a heartfelt social media post. “The time we spent together will always remain unforgettable. Son of Sardaar 2 will be your last project, where your character brought smiles and laughter to many,” he wrote.
Vindu also revealed that Mukul had distanced himself from the world following the loss of his parents. “He had isolated himself, rarely stepping out or meeting anyone. His health deteriorated over the last few days, and he was hospitalized,” he added.
