Mother kills three children before suicide in Mailsi domestic tragedy

A tragic incident in Mailsi’s Fateh Pur area has shocked the local community after a woman allegedly killed her three children before taking her own life, according to police.

Law enforcement officials said the bodies of a 30-year-old woman and her three children were recovered from a residential home. The children, aged between 3 and 8 years, were found dead in what authorities described as a brutal domestic incident involving axe injuries.

Police stated that preliminary investigations suggest the incident was triggered by a domestic dispute between the woman and her husband. Officials added that the case is being examined from multiple angles to determine the full circumstances leading to the tragedy.
