Gold Prices Reach Record High in Pakistan

Gold prices in Pakistan continue to surge, with one tola of gold seeing an increase of PKR 3,300 today, bringing the price to PKR 370,700 per tola.
According to the All Pakistan Gems & Jewelers Association, the price of 10 grams of gold also rose by PKR 2,829, reaching PKR 317,815. In the international market, gold prices increased by $33 per ounce, taking the rate to $3,480 per ounce.
Last week, gold prices had already seen a rise, with one tola increasing by PKR 7,600 and 10 grams by PKR 6,515.
Globally, gold prices rose by $76 per ounce during the same period.
