Gold prices rise Rs3,400 per tola today

KARACHI – Gold prices recorded a sharp rise in both international and local markets on Friday. The surge reflects strong demand and changing global market conditions.
In the international bullion market, gold prices increased by $34 per ounce. As a result, the global gold price reached $4,472 per ounce.
Meanwhile, local gold markets also witnessed a significant upward movement. The price of 24-karat gold per tola rose by Rs3,400.
After the increase, the new price of gold per tola stood at Rs469,562. Traders said rising global prices directly impacted local rates.

Similarly, the price of gold per 10 grams increased by Rs2,915. It now stands at Rs402,573 in local markets.
In addition, silver prices also moved higher during the trading session. Silver per tola gained Rs70, reaching Rs8,195.
Likewise, silver per 10 grams increased by Rs60 to Rs7,025. Market analysts expect continued volatility in precious metal prices ahead.
