Iran Warns UAE Against Expanding Ties With Israel

Iran has warned the United Arab Emirates against deepening relations with Israel. Iranian officials stated that Tehran has not closed the door to friendship with Abu Dhabi, but stressed that Iran’s patience has limits.

According to Qatari media reports, Mohsen Rezaei said Iran is fully aware of the growing ties between the UAE and Israel. He warned that the UAE should avoid becoming involved in what he described as Israeli plots against Iran.

Mohsen Rezaei stated that Tehran still seeks friendly relations and regional stability. However, he added that any actions seen as harmful to Iran’s interests could further increase tensions in the Middle East.

Reports also suggested that during the recent conflict between Iran and Israel, the UAE faced serious security threats and attacks. Some reports further claimed that the UAE may have carried out limited retaliatory actions, although no official confirmation has been issued.

Earlier, Abbas Araghchi also criticized the UAE, saying Abu Dhabi did not even condemn the attacks on Iran. He urged the Emirati leadership to reconsider its regional policy toward Tehran.

Meanwhile, recent media reports claimed that Benjamin Netanyahu secretly visited the UAE during the Iran conflict and met Emirati leaders. However, the United Arab Emirates denied those reports. Iran’s latest warning has further highlighted growing diplomatic and security tensions across the region.
