Major Subtain Haider Martyred in D.I. Khan Operation Against Indian-Backed Terrorists

RAWALPINDI: Pakistan Army officer Major Subtain Haider was martyred during an intelligence-based operation (IBO) against Indian-backed terrorists in the Daraban area of Dera Ismail Khan, according to a statement issued by the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR).
The operation was launched after credible intelligence reports regarding the presence of the India-sponsored group “Fitna al-Khawarij.”
During the exchange of heavy fire, seven terrorists were killed, ISPR confirmed. Major Subtain Haider, who was leading his troops from the front, embraced shahadat (martyrdom) in the line of duty.

The martyred officer was 30 years old and belonged to Quetta district.
The ISPR reaffirmed that Pakistan’s security forces remain determined to eliminate the menace of terrorism and ensure peace across the country.
