Mohsin Naqvi praises Pakistan Coast Guards as two new RHIB boats join fleet

Karachi: Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi has said that the induction of two new RHIB (Rigid Hull Inflatable Boats) into the Pakistan Coast Guards fleet will significantly enhance the force’s operational capabilities.

Addressing the ceremony at the Karachi Port, the minister commended the Coast Guards for their professionalism and dedication, stating that the force is recognised as a key and commendable security institution in the country.

He highlighted the Pakistan Coast Guards’ crucial role in combating smuggling, human trafficking, illegal immigration, and anti-trawling fishing, saying they have ensured the enforcement of laws along the coastal areas.

Minister Naqvi also distributed certificates of appreciation amongst officers and personnel for outstanding performance and was presented with a guard of honour at the event.
