Murder case of 13-year-old boy: Convict sentenced to death 3 times

Rawalpindi: A court has sentenced Irfan Azeem to three counts of the death penalty for kidnapping, sexually assaulting, and murdering a 13-year-old boy. The verdict also includes a fine of Rs 1 million.
According to the court’s decision, the convict was given the death penalty for murder. In addition, he received another death sentence with a fine of Rs 500,000 for sexual assault and a third death sentence with a fine of Rs 500,000 for kidnapping.
Case records show that Irfan Azeem abducted the boy, subjected him to sexual assault, and then killed him with knife attacks. The incident took place in March 2023 within the jurisdiction of Dhamaial Police Station, where the case was registered.
The ruling is being seen as a significant step toward justice for the victim’s family.
