Pakistan gave India a target of 147 runs in Asia Cup final

In the Asia Cup T20 final held in Dubai, Pakistan gave India a target of 147 runs to win the match. Pakistan’s team scored 146 runs and got all out in 19.1 overs. Sahibzada Farhan was the top scorer for Pakistan, making 57 runs off 38 balls. Fakhar Zaman also played well and scored 46 runs.

This is the first time in the 41-year history of the Asia Cup that Pakistan and India are facing each other in the final. India won the toss and chose to bowl first. Pakistan started well but lost wickets regularly after the second wicket fell.

After Farhan and Saeem Ayub, most Pakistani batsmen failed to score many runs. Saeem made 14 runs, while many others including Mohammad Haris, Hussain Talat, Salman Agha, Shaheen Afridi, and Faheem Ashraf scored low runs or got out without scoring.

India’s all-rounder Hardik Pandya missed the final due to injury. He was replaced by Ranko Singh in the playing eleven. Pakistan did not make any changes to their squad for the final match.
