Pakistan Signs Legal Deal With Hong Kong to Boost Cooperation

Pakistan and Hong Kong have signed a new agreement to strengthen their cooperation in legal and regulatory matters. This important step was taken during the Belt and Road Summit in Hong Kong, where Pakistan’s Federal Secretary for Law, Raja Naeem Akbar, and Hong Kong’s Secretary for Justice signed the document.
The agreement will help both sides work together in areas like legal training and building skills. Hong Kong will support Pakistan by offering training in solving disputes through peaceful methods such as arbitration and mediation, instead of going to court.
The deal also includes cooperation in modern areas like digital governance and managing virtual assets. This shows a shared interest in keeping up with new challenges in technology and law, and building a strong legal relationship between the two regions.
