ISLAMABAD – The Ministry of Religious Affairs has temporarily paused preparation of the Hajj flight schedule. The decision comes amid concerns over potential attacks on Iran by the United States and Israel. Officials are closely monitoring the situation before finalizing arrangements.
Sources said current developments may affect the flight schedule. However, the Ministry will proceed with caution and adjust plans according to regional developments. Safety of pilgrims remains the top priority.
Despite potential delays, visa issuance for pilgrims has already begun. The process is ongoing around the clock to ensure timely completion for all applicants.
Two-thirds of pilgrims have already received their visas. The Ministry continues issuing visas for 120,000 pilgrims over the weekend. Staff suspended their weekend leaves to maintain smooth operations.

Preparations for the Hajj schedule are progressing rapidly, according to Ministry sources. Officials expect the finalized schedule to be released before Eid-ul-Fitr.
The finalized schedule will include flight details, building bookings, room allocations, and other necessary arrangements. Pilgrims will access all information via the Ministry website and the Pak Hajj mobile app.
the second phase of pilgrim training will begin immediately after Eid-ul-Fitr. All training materials and schedules have already been prepared to ensure proper guidance for pilgrims.
