Pakistan Women’s Cricket Team Training Camp Continues in Lahore Ahead of ICC Women’s World Cup

Lahore: The Pakistan women’s cricket team is currently holding a training camp in Lahore as part of preparations for the ICC Women’s World Cup and the upcoming South Africa women’s tour of Pakistan.
On the fifth day of the camp, players took part in a morning fitness session at a local hotel gym. The cricketers underwent various practical exercises focused on strength and conditioning, spending nearly three hours in training under the supervision of strength and conditioning coach Asfandyar.
According to officials, the evening session will be held at the High-Performance Centre, where players will continue skill-based practice to improve batting, bowling, and fielding.
The training camp will run in Lahore until 11 September, with players working intensively on both fitness and on-field performance.
