Pakistani Police Arrest Second Indian Spy Sending Sensitive Information
Pakistani authorities in Muzaffarabad have arrested a man accused of spying for India.

The suspect, identified as Ubaid Jahangir, allegedly shared sensitive information with Indian intelligence agencies. Police say he sent photos and videos from the region. He also reportedly provided location details of Bilal Masjid Nala Shwai in Muzaffarabad.

The police stated that Ubaid Jahangir lived in Khai Galla, Rawalakot, for an extended period. During this time, he allegedly collected intelligence on local sites. He communicated the information to Indian agencies through multiple channels. Authorities emphasised that his actions posed a serious threat to national security.

Law enforcement officials acted after receiving credible information about the suspect’s activities. They traced his communications and movements before making the arrest. The police confirmed that they registered a formal case against him at the central police station. The investigation is ongoing to identify any accomplices or networks involved.

Officials warned that spies operating in the region face strict penalties under Pakistani law. They also urged citizens to report suspicious activities immediately. The arrest comes after the capture of another Indian spy, Kulbhushan Jadhav, highlighting ongoing security concerns. Authorities stressed that vigilance remains crucial to preventing intelligence leaks.
