PTI Wins 6 Seats in KP Senate Elections

Peshawar: Results of the 11 Senate seats contested in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly have been announced, with Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) securing six seats.
Women’s Seats:
Rubina Naz (PTI) was elected with 89 votes while Rubina Khalid (PPP) was elected with 52 votes.
Technocrat Seats:
Azam Swati (PTI) won by 89 votes.
Dilawar Khan (JUI-F) secured victory by getting 54 votes.
General Seats:
Ata ul Haq Dervish (JUI-F) — 18 votes
Noor ul Haq Qadri (PTI) — 21 votes
Talha Mahmood (PPP) — 17 votes
Mirza Afridi (PTI) — 21 votes
Faisal Javed (PTI) — 24 votes
Murad Saeed (PTI) — 26 votes
Niaz Muhammad (PML-N, son of Amir Muqam) — 18 votes
With these results, PTI emerged as the dominant party in KP’s Senate representation, reflecting strong influence in the provincial assembly.
