Ranbir and Alia ₹250 crore luxury mansion completed in Mumbai

Mumbai: Bollywood stars Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt have completed the construction of their lavish six-storey bungalow in Mumbai’s upscale Pali Hill area, after five years of development.
Named “Krishna Raj Bungalow,” the property is reportedly worth ₹250 crore, making it one of the most expensive celebrity homes in Bollywood — even surpassing Shah Rukh Khan’s iconic “Mannat,” valued at around ₹200 crore.
According to media reports, the couple will soon move into the new home. Neetu Kapoor, Ranbir’s mother, will also join them, leaving her rented flat. The sea-facing bungalow features glass doors, lush green balconies, and modern architecture. Ranbir and Alia personally oversaw the construction and design.
The bungalow not only reflects luxury but also stands as a new landmark amongst Bollywood celebrity residences.
