Sahibzada Farhan Wins ICC Player of the Month

DUBAI — Sahibzada Farhan has been named ICC Player of the Month for February. He earned the award for outstanding performances in the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2026. His consistent batting impressed fans and experts worldwide.

Farhan outperformed many top players to secure the award. He also broke a major record held by Virat Kohli. He scored the most runs in a single edition of the tournament.

Moreover, Farhan became the first player to score two centuries in one edition. He achieved this milestone against Namibia and Sri Lanka. His performance set a new benchmark in T20 World Cup history.

The opener scored 383 runs in seven T20 matches. He maintained an impressive average of 76.60. His strike rate stood at a strong 160.25 throughout the tournament.
