Bollywood star Salman Khan revealed that he once suffered from a very painful condition known as the “suicide disease.” In a show with Kajol and Twinkle Khanna, Salman shared his struggle with Trigeminal Neuralgia, a nerve condition that causes extreme facial pain. He said the pain was so bad that it made daily life almost impossible.

Salman explained that the condition affected him for over seven years. Every few minutes, he would feel a sudden, sharp pain. Eating was very difficult for him—just chewing an omelette could take over an hour. He said he had to force himself to eat despite the pain, and he would try to bear as much as he could.
