Sarwar, Waqar Support Healthcare, Education at Sarwar Foundation

Former Governor of Punjab Chaudhry Muhammad Sarwar visited hospitals and educational institutions run by Sarwar Foundation in Toba Tek Singh, Rajana, and Chichawatni. He was accompanied by former cricketer Waqar Younis.

During the visit, Sarwar reviewed educational activities at the foundation’s school and college and visited patients at hospitals in Rajana and Chichawatni. Patients praised the hospitals, saying they provide medical facilities usually available only in big cities and offer free treatment, supporting locals financially.

Sarwar highlighted the successful surgeries performed on children with clubfoot and praised Pakistani doctors, saying they’re among the best in the world. Waqar Younis thanked Sarwar for inviting him and offered his services to the foundation.

The visit concluded with a cake-cutting ceremony at Chichawatni hospital, celebrating successful surgeries of over 150 polio-affected children. Doctors were felicitated, and notable attendees included Malik Qasim, Hafiz Amir Ali Awan, Saad Ashraf, anchors Manzar Ali, Ahtesham, and Alina Muzaffar, among other political and social figures.
