Saudi men banned from marrying Pakistani women

Saudi Arabia Imposes Ban on Marriages With Women From Pakistan and 3 Other Countries
Saudi Arabia has introduced new restrictions on its male citizens, banning them from marrying women from Pakistan, Bangladesh, Chad, and Myanmar.
The decision is part of a wider effort to limit foreign marriages and tighten legal procedures. Under the new rules, men must obtain government permission, apply through official channels, and fulfill specific conditions.
Applicants must be at least 25 years old and provide proof of identity. If already married, stricter rules apply. Divorced men must wait six months before applying for another marriage.
This move is expected to affect over 500,000 women from the listed countries currently residing in Saudi Arabia.
