UAE creates stir in the educational world, AI becomes a mandatory subject!

In a bold move to shape the future of education, the UAE Cabinet has made Artificial Intelligence (AI) a compulsory subject for all government schools — from kindergarten to Grade 12 — starting next academic year.
Announcing the decision, Prime Minister Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum said the curriculum will not only teach technical skills but also the ethical and practical uses of AI in daily life.
The Ministry of Education has developed a complete AI syllabus to prepare students for a rapidly changing world and equip them with future-ready skills.
