Ban on Makeup and High Heels for Female Teachers

The Sindh Education Department has introduced a new code of conduct for teachers across the province. According to the guidelines:
Female teachers are advised to avoid excessive makeup and high heels, opting for traditional and modest attire.
Male teachers must wear formal clothing, with T-shirts and jeans strictly prohibited.
No tobacco or substance use will be allowed on school premises.
Teachers cannot assign personal tasks to students to maintain a professional environment.
Additionally, the department is taking action against ghost teachers while planning to hire new educators based on merit to improve the quality of education.
