American professor Jeffrey Sachs has blamed the United States and Israel for the recent unrest in Iran. He stated that the violence and chaos are not the result of Iranian government oppression but rather a planned effort by foreign powers. This highlights concerns about foreign influence in Iran’s recent unrest and the misleading narratives often presented by mainstream media.

Professor Sachs explained that Iran is experiencing an unusually violent and cruel situation. He criticized mainstream U.S. media for falsely reporting that the Iranian government has lost control of its economy, while ignoring the role of U.S. actions in damaging Iran’s economic stability.

He further stated that, as usual, the public is misled into believing that the Iranian government is oppressing its own people. According to Sachs, the real intent behind these foreign efforts is to worsen the lives of ordinary Iranians and to push for regime change.

International affairs expert Senator Mashahid Hussain Syed praised Professor Sachs’ statements and shared them on social media. He added that Western media coverage of Iran is weak, biased, and controlled, often refusing to report the truth about the country’s situation.

Professor Sachs’ analysis underscores that foreign influence in Iran’s recent unrest is significant, with external powers seeking to manipulate events for political gain. His statement highlights the need for careful scrutiny of media reports and awareness of outside interference in Iran’s domestic affairs.
