Lahore Whites, Karachi Whites Qualify for National T20 Semi-Finals

The last two Group A fixtures of the ninth round of the ABS Developers National T20 Cup were abandoned. Rain and a wet outfield at Imran Khan Cricket Stadium prevented any play. Fans and players were disappointed as both matches could not start.

The first scheduled match was between Lahore Whites and Karachi Whites. The second match was to feature Peshawar against Bahawalpur. Unfortunately, weather conditions made it impossible for either match to proceed.

Despite the abandoned matches, Karachi Whites and Lahore Whites have qualified for the semi-finals. Karachi Whites have six points while Lahore Whites have five points. Both teams played four matches each in Group A.

The points earned earlier ensured their semi-final spots regardless of the abandoned fixtures. Team management and players celebrated their qualification. Fans expressed excitement for the upcoming semi-final matches.

Meanwhile, the last day of Group B matches will determine the remaining semi-finalists. Abbottabad will face Lahore Blues while Sialkot plays Multan. Both matches are scheduled for Monday at the same venue.
