Amazon’s major decision regarding thousands of employees’ future

Amazon has decided to eliminate 14,000 jobs as part of its strategy to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
The renowned e-commerce giant plans to cut these positions from its global management team, with the process set to be completed during 2025.
According to reports, this move is part of Amazon’s strategic approach aimed at cost reduction and operational effectiveness. Following a 13% reduction in its global management workforce, the number of managers will decrease from 157,770 to 91,136.
This initiative is expected to save the company between ₹21 billion and ₹36 billion annually.
