According to the All Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Association, the price of gold increased by Rs 7,500 per tola, pushing the rate to Rs 489,362 per tola.

Electricity Prices May Rise Due to Fuel Adjustment
Market experts attribute the rise to fluctuations in global gold prices, depreciation of the Pakistani rupee against the US dollar, and overall economic uncertainty.
Analysts say investors tend to shift towards gold as a safe haven during unstable economic conditions, increasing demand and driving prices upward.
