Rawalpindi: Director General ISPR, Lt Gen Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry, has accused India of orchestrating and funding terrorism in Pakistan for the past two decades.

Speaking at a joint press conference with the Interior Secretary, the DG ISPR said concrete evidence has been presented to the United Nations and other international forums. He claimed that India not only finances terror networks but also plans and directs attacks, citing the recent Khuzdar school bus bombing as an example, which he said was carried out by the Indian-backed proxy network “Fitna-e-Hindustan.”

Lt Gen Ahmed Sharif further stated that captured terrorists, including Indian spy Kulbhushan Jadhav, have confessed to receiving orders and support from Indian intelligence agencies. He detailed several recent attacks allegedly linked to Indian-sponsored elements:

May 21, 2025: Khuzdar school bus attack — 6 children killed, 51 injured

April 12, 2024: 12 labourers killed in Noshki

May 9, 2024: 4 barbers murdered in Gwadar

February 14, 2025: 10 civilians killed in Harnai

May 6–7, 2025: Attacks on mosques by Indian operatives

The DG ISPR emphasised that “Fitna-e-Hindustan” represents the true face of Indian state terrorism, but stressed that the Pakistani people and security forces will not be intimidated by such tactics.
