Islamabad Court upholds arrest warrants for KP CM Ali Amin Gandapur

The District and Sessions Court Islamabad has upheld the arrest warrants for Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur in connection with a liquor and arms recovery case.
During the hearing, Judicial Magistrate Mubashir Hassan Chishti presided over the case. However, neither the chief minister nor his legal representative appeared before the court. Additionally, the police report regarding the arrest warrants was not submitted.
As a result, the court decided to maintain the arrest warrants and adjourned the hearing until April 7.
It is important to note that the case against Ali Amin Gandapur is registered at the Bhara Kahu police station in Islamabad.
