Pahalgam Incident Creates Tension Inside Indian Army

Srinagar: After the recent Pahalgam false flag incident, Indian Army soldiers in Kashmir are feeling worried and upset.

On April 28, 2025, Lieutenant General Prateek Sharma, the new head of the Northern Command, met with officers and soldiers in Srinagar to talk about the situation.

During the meeting, many army men asked tough questions. One officer asked, “How did the attack happen with so much security?” Another asked, “Who will protect our base if we are sent out?”

Reports say General Sharma could not calm their concerns, and the soldiers are feeling disappointed and stressed.

People in Jammu and Kashmir are also angry after the Pahalgam event, and this has made the situation more tense.

The army is now facing low morale and rising pressure after this incident.
