Pakistan vs Bangladesh 2nd Test Day 2: Pakistan Lose Early Wickets

The second Test match between Pakistan and Bangladesh resumed on Day 2 in Sylhet with Pakistan facing early setbacks despite a steady start.
Pakistan began the second day at 21 without loss, but their openers failed to capitalize on the start. Azan Awais was dismissed for 13 runs, while Abdullah Fazal scored 9 before losing his wicket.
At a total of 61 runs, Pakistan suffered another blow when captain Shan Masood was dismissed after scoring 21. Soon after, Saud Shakeel departed for 8 runs, leaving Pakistan struggling at 79 for 4.
Sylhet Test: Pakistan’s Brilliant Bowling Bundles Bangladesh Out for 278
Earlier on Day 1, Bangladesh were bowled out for 278 runs in their first innings, thanks to a brilliant century by Litton Das, who scored 126 runs.
Pakistan’s bowling attack performed well, with Khurram Shehzad taking 4 wickets, Mohammad Abbas claiming 3, while Hasan Ali picked up 2 wickets and Sajid Khan took one.
Pakistan had opted to field first after winning the toss, with captain Shan Masood making the decision at the start of the match.
It is worth noting that Bangladesh currently lead the two-match Test series 1-0, having defeated Pakistan by 104 runs in the first Test.
